Salvador Dali, The Classic Collection

Yes, yes. This was Salavador's Dali his first miniature set.

Contains (from left to right): Salvador, Dalimix, Salvador Dali pour homme, Laguna,

Dali Parfum de Toilette, Le Roi du Soleil and Dalissime.

(Disclaimer: every review is my own honest opinion, i tested all of the perfumes on my own skin and a paper test strip.)

The first two:

Dali Parfum de Toilette (1985), from the Aphrodite Collection.

This is a classic female fragrance, with floral gentleness and spicy warmness.

It's a very strong perfume and not for young girs, but more suitable for a women with class. This is a floral oriental perfume.

The start is heavy, but not very intoxicating, after 2 hours it becomes more a classic floral. Then, when you get more to the base notes it becomes a soft warm woody.

The top notes are: Aldehydes, Fruity Notes, Green Notes, Mandarin Orange, Basil, Bergamot, Incense and Clove.

The middle notes are: Tuberose, Orange Blossom, Lilly, Orris Root, Jasmine,

Lilly-of-the-Vally, Rose, Narcissus and Mimosa.

The base notes are: Sandalwood, Amber, Musk, Benzoin, Vanilla, Cedar, Myrrh, Patchouli and Oakmoss.

You really get the Aldehydes, Incense, Tuberose, Narcissus and Sandalwood.

Salvador Dali Pour Homme EDT (1987), from the Lips Sofa collection.

This is a oriental fougere fragrance for men. It has a lot of spice in it. It is not a fragrance you smell every day on a men. I can't wear it for several days, its more of a 'special' perfume.

It is a kinda soft perfume, not that strong and heavy. For the enthusiast!

The top notes are: Lavender, Clary Sage, Basil, Anise, Bergamot, Tarragon, Tangerine and Lemon.

The middle notes are: Jasmine, Lilly-of-the-Vally, Geranium and Helliotrope.

The base notes are: Sandalwood, Amber, Patchouli, Oakmoss, Vanilla, Cedar and Vetiver.

You really get the Sandalwood, Amber and Patchouli.
